Hungarian architecture today
modernist and organic selection of thirteen buildings and display of light transmitting concrete.
Location: the Royal Institute of British Architects, London. February 2004 moving in March to the Lighthouse, Glasgow.
Curated the exhibition as part of the Magyar Magic cultural programme organised at the time of Hungary’s accession to the European Union. Selected and visited the projects, interviewed the architects, organised the installations, the catalogue and opening.
The Hungarian Government of the time awarded Sandor with the Pro Cultura Hungarica medal in appreciation of his efforts.

Budapest-Porta – photographs of doorways
Location: the Gödör Club, Budapest, July 2008.
Collection of Sandor Vaci’s photographs of some 230 doorways in the Hungarian capital. Designed the exhibition, organised opening, etc.
